Fry cook wanted in Katagum

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Katagum, Bauchi State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
