Bench joiner — Dima Hasao District

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bench joiner in Dima Hasao District, Assam. The job is at a shopfitting company. You should bring able to read technical drawings and cutting lists; CSCS card for site-based work an advantage. Day-to-day duties: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops 2+ years on the tools preferred.
