Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Oru East, Imo State. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Full-time, day shift.
