We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Devon, England. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Pay around £15 per hour, based on your experience.
