Café server — Chugach Census Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a beach resort. The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Rotating shifts.
