Vacancy available: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Bailey County, Texas. Day to day you will apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; check walls for plumb and level as you go; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Rotating shifts.
