Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Cobb County, Georgia. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
