Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Gboko, Benue State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
