Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Alert, disciplined and punctual The role involves: • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals • Respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts • Man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
