We are looking for 2+ years experience working as a butcher; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
