You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • A good head for heights and steady balance • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems On a typical shift you will nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; insulate and ventilate the roof void. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
