Join our team: kitchen cook (Sokoto State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Tambuwal, Sokoto State. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time, day shift.
