Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Full-time, day shift.
