Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should bring strong knife skills and speed on the line; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure.
