Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Baldwin County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
