The role involves: • Collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading Ideal candidate: • Smartphone with internet for the delivery app • Aadhaar / ID proof and address proof Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
