Toolroom milling operator wanted in DeWitt County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in DeWitt County, Texas. You will be based in a toolroom. You will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
