Head butcher wanted in Aransas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Aransas County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
