Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Oneida County, Idaho. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
