Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Dawakin Tofa, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₦80,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
