Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Part-time with flexible hours.
