Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Kittitas County, Washington. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
