Conventional mill operator • Kagarko, Kaduna State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Kagarko, Kaduna State. You will work in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T 6+ years on the tools preferred.
