Join our team: catering cook (Oregon)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Union County, Oregon. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
