Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Reading, England. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • A good head for heights for tower crane work You will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; read and interpret the load chart before every lift.
