Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Egbeda, Oyo State. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Day to day you will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper.
