We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Shendam, Plateau State. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
