Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Cass County, Texas. You will work at a cake shop. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
