Bread baker wanted in Rush County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Rush County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
