Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Buji, Jigawa State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time with occasional weekends.
