Tandoor cook — Shajapur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
