VMC operator — Isa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Isa, Sokoto State. The role involves mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
