Pastry baker wanted in Demsa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Demsa, Adamawa State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
