CNC milling operator • Nadia, West Bengal

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Nadia, West Bengal. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors We are looking for able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T; physically fit to stand and lift workpieces; safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery. Part-time with flexible hours. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
