Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Odeda, Ogun State. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Full-time, day shift.
