Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Barton County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
