Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Baker County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
