Bread baker — Barwani

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Barwani, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. We are looking for basic cake decorating and piping skills; accurate at weighing and following recipes. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
