Urgent requirement: maintenance painter (Jigawa State)

Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding The role involves: • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
