Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
