Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Blanco County, Texas. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
