Captain waiter — Gabasawa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Gabasawa, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
