Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Maiyama, Kebbi State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Part-time with flexible hours.
