The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Rotating shifts.
