Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick mason in Bungudu, Zamfara State. The job is at a renovation and extension job. Day to day you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
