Site carpenter — Rano

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site carpenter in Rano, Kano State. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. On the job you will handle: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience ₦250,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
