Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
