Groundsman wanted in Wallace County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Wallace County, Kansas. You will work on a golf course. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather The role involves lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
