The role involves report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
