Counter butcher — McIntosh County

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in McIntosh County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts.
